Water Source
Left
Hand Water District is supplied by surface water from Left Hand
Creek delivered through our Joder, Spurgeon, and Left Hand Valley
Reservoirs, along with surface water from the Colorado-Big Thompson
Project delivered through the Boulder Feeder Canal from Carter Lake.
The water is then treated at either the Spurgeon or the Dodd Water
Treatment Plant and delivered to our customers through our transmission,
